Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The roles involve monitoring and maintaining delivery tools such as Teamform and Rally, tracking BAU & Project finance at the HO and service group level, and managing and investigating recoveries. This includes investigating month-end positions, identifying and rectifying discrepancies and managing productivity tracking. The role requires working with modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that solutions remain aligned with evolving project goals and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Supporting delivery excellence by monitoring, tracking, and providing insights.
- The candidates will also be responsible for delivery planning for big projects and other centralized deliverables
- Data stewardship
- Additionally, they will need to perform data analysis and develop power management dashboards
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Must have 6+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Visualization through Power BI, Power Automate, advanced Excel, and VBA skill.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts to support business intelligence solutions.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Familiarity with scripting and query languages to manipulate and extract data efficiently.
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Visualization through Power BI, Power Automate
- This position is based at our client office in Gurugram and need to work from client location 3 days/ week.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
