Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Group Finance Intern to join our finance team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis at the group level. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn about corporate finance and accounting in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Support the group consolidation process by gathering and reconciling financial data from subsidiaries.

• Conduct variance analysis and financial performance tracking.

• Help with financial audits by compiling necessary documentation and assisting auditors.

• Work closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Assist in process improvement initiatives within the finance department.

• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial analysis.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools/software.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior internship experience in finance or accounting is a plus but not required.
