Why this role is important?

Nurse Immunizer

Our fall/winter flu and COVID booster campaign is fast approaching and we are looking for nurse immunizers (LPN/RN) to add to our dynamic community pharmacy based healthcare team. This is flexible position, where you can work as little (PT/Casual) or as much as you like (FT) throughout the Flu season.

What you’ll do:

  • Welcome patients in a professional and caring manner.
  • Assess vaccination status and health status to offer Influenza and COVID-19 booster doses as per patient eligibility.
  • Document all details on Immunization forms and maintain records as per the standards.
  • Work with the pharmacy team to develop and organize proper immunization procedure and workflow effectively.

Requirements

  • Must hold current valid license as LPN or RN with College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan
  • Authority to administer vaccines by Injection
