As a Commercial Business Director for the Primary Care Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives!
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Understands disease states and treatment protocols prevalent in primary care settings and varied healthcare environment, and able to influence healthcare providers through evidence-based discussions.
Use strong analytical objectivity to focus on prescribing patterns to optimize account strategies.
Effective resource management strategies to impact lower-scale and high-frequency environments while enforcing accountability within sales plans.
Establish business objectives, evaluate performance and drive performance through effective execution of Brand strategies.
Ensure sales forecasts and operational budgets are met or exceeded within the therapeutic area at a regional level.
Fosters a Growth Mindset, and continuous learning and improvement. Leverages new technology and data insights to capitalize on opportunities that improve patient care and streamlines process efficiency.
Communicates and implements a vision that resonates with broader organizational goals and local priorities of primary care.
Inspires a culture that embraces curiosity, ownership, accountability and engagement within the entire team through mentoring, coaching and continuous feedforward.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
8+ yrs of demonstrated Sales, or Commercial experience or a combination of: pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, institutional, or related industry
5+ yrs proven leadership capabilities and/or people management experience
A valid driver’s license and safe driving record
