What you will do:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our dynamic IT Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a desire to learn about application management and operations.

How you will do it:

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining applications and middleware. Support troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

• Participate in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new systems and applications.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure optimal performance of applications.

• Document processes and procedures for application operations.

• Learn and adhere to best practices in IT operations and security protocols.

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of networking concepts and operating systems.

• Familiarity with custom built Java applications, Oracle DB, MS Access

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $82,000 - 120,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This position includes a
