As a Certified Equipment Shop Planner supporting our Supply Chain Planning & Operations team, you will be trusted to align sales forecasts with production capacity, optimize finished goods inventory, and ensure timely material availability at Bornem.

Your work will help ensure our products reach customers efficiently so people around the world can see brilliantly.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Collaborating with production, procurement, and logistics teams to solve supply‑demand alignment challenges
• Analyzing historical data and market trends to forecast demand and adjust production schedules
• Planning, controlling, and managing finished goods inventory to meet customer needs while minimizing excess and obsolescence
• Coordinating with procurement to secure timely materials and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Applying advanced analytical skills to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement in supply chain performance

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Education in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
• +3 years relevant experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, or production planning
• Fluency in English and Dutch
• Strong analytical and data‑interpretation skills, with the ability to work independently on complex tasks
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and adherence to GxP requirements, including SOP compliance and complete documentation
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to partner effectively across functions
