As the SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's SEO strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve our online presence, drive organic traffic, and increase our search engine rankings. Your role is pivotal in enhancing our digital visibility and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and industry standards.

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and trends, ensuring the optimization of our content.

  • Lead on-page SEO efforts, including content optimization, meta tags, and internal linking strategies.

  • Oversee off-page SEO initiatives, including backlink building, outreach campaigns, and partnerships to enhance domain authority.

  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to identify and address technical SEO issues, site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability.

  • Stay informed about Google algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Drive the content strategy, ensuring high-quality, SEO-friendly content creation and optimization.

  • Continually monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics and SEO software, providing actionable insights and reporting.

  • Keep an eye on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including content creators, developers, and designers, to implement SEO best practices throughout the company.

  • Provide regular reports and insights to upper management, demonstrating the impact of SEO efforts on company goals.

Experience

  • 7-8 years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful SEO strategies.

  • Experience in CRO / Pharma companies is a must

  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.

  • Proficiency in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software.

  • Proficiency in SEO tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, and more.

  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Creative and strategic thinking to adapt to evolving SEO trends.
