Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining applications that support the organization's operations and contribute to its success. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the applications meet quality standards and performance expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design, develop, and test applications based on the defined requirements and specifications. - Troubleshoot and debug application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. - Ensure the applications meet quality standards, performance expectations, and security requirements. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. - Continuously enhance and optimize application performance and functionality. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Policy Administration. - Strong understanding of database concepts, architecture, and administration. - Experience in database installation, configuration, and maintenance. - Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies for databases. - Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database issues. - Experience in implementing database security measures. - Solid understanding of SQL and PL/SQL programming languages. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
