Job Description

Main purpose of Job:

Marketing Manager position leading Repatha marketing initiatives and programs. Candidates must have a proven track record of contribution to brand growth and/or marketing experience developing and implementing a wide range of high-impact marketing tools and programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Involves all internal and external stakeholders proactively to maximize opportunities and resolve issues toward higher brand equity.
  • Contributes Japanese Brand Plan development with Global Team and Cross function team
  • Leads changes through Engaging and involving sales leaders in planning and key initiatives
  • Develops programs and tools for optimal sales force effectiveness
  • Establishes regular contacts with key opinion leaders

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in Marketing and/or Commercial Excellence for minimum of 3 years in a pharmaceutical company or in Product Manager for minimum 1 year.
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical consulting company for minimum 3 years.
  • Excellent coordination/negotiation skills for both internal and external parties.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Good communication/presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Science or related discipline
  • Language: Japanese – Native level, English – Business level

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Cardiovascular for minimum of 3 years
  • Experience as a Team leader or in People management
  • Experience in Global project or Global coordination
  • Enjoys challenge of building a new organization.
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in medical/Pharmaceutical
  • Master of Business Administration
