Key responsibilities

• Strategic planning: Develop go-to-market strategies and programs, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership.
• Process optimization: Design and implement operational frameworks to improve sales efficiency, including sales forecasting, target setting, and budgeting.
• Data management and analysis: Maintain CRM data accuracy, generate reports, develop dashboards, and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Enablement and training: Coordinate training and develop resources, such as playbooks and other tools, to equip the sales team and partners for success.
• Tool and system oversight: Oversee the implementation and management of sales tools and systems, such as the CRM, and work with IT teams to ensure they are effective.
• Partner management: Manage onboarding, track performance, and ensure compliance with agreements and policies.

 
Essential skills and qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Proficiency with sales tools and systems like Salesforce (SFDC) and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to partner effectively with sales, marketing, and other departments.
• Experience in sales operations, sales strategy, or partner operations.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in project management, process improvement, and data management.
