Job Description:

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Commercial Production (Integrations) area aims to ensure the proper implementation of commercial actions across different platforms and broadcast spaces, guaranteeing compliance with brand agreements and the quality of the consumer experience.

The role focuses on identifying commercial and content opportunities, both by market —understanding the specific needs of each one and sharing best practices— and by sport, ensuring contractual compliance and the proper exposure of brands within the programming environment.

In addition, this position plays a key strategic and operational role: to plan, coordinate, and execute advertising content (spots, branded segments, mentions, integrations, activations, and special formats), working in close collaboration with the Commercial, Programming, Technical, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Ultimately, this role directly contributes to strengthening the connection between brands and content, enhancing the commercial value of the inventory, and ensuring excellence in the execution of all committed actions.

ACCOUNTABLE FOR  

  • Operational load and order management: Responsible for entering advertising orders into internal systems, ensuring the fulfillment of commercial actions within programming and on-air content.
  • Real-time coordination: Continuously monitor ESPN programming to ensure the correct implementation of commercial actions in shows and live broadcasts, guaranteeing on-air delivery according to technical and quality standards.
  • Commercial production support: Provide both operational and creative support in the production of Studio Shows and On Site events, acting as a liaison between Production and the client. Must be available to attend studios or live events when required.
  • Business opportunity identification: Collaborate in identifying commercial opportunities linked to creative content, contributing to the expansion and optimization of advertising inventory.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with different internal areas to ensure process compliance and alignment across commercial strategies.
  • Development of commercial materials: Contribute to the creation of presentations for commercial offices, including the retrieval of relevant action footage for the development of reels and success cases that showcase the team’s performance.
  • Monitoring and control of broadcasts: Ensure the correct airing of advertising content and generate follow-up reports to guarantee traceability and compliance with commercial commitments.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset: Anticipate needs, respond quickly to contingencies, and maintain fluid communication across all involved teams.
