Position Summary
You will use data and analytics to help teams make better decisions that improve health outcomes. You will work with scientists, engineers and business partners to design models, run analyses and turn results into clear, actionable recommendations. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Build, validate and maintain predictive and prescriptive models using structured and unstructured data.
- Prepare datasets, perform exploratory data analysis and document data lineage and assumptions.
- Translate complex findings into clear recommendations and visualizations for non-technical partners.
- Collaborate with engineers to productionize models and monitor model performance in live settings.
- Design experiments and statistical tests to measure impact of interventions and guide decision making.
- Mentor junior analysts, contribute to team best practices and share knowledge across teams.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, data science, engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of applied data science experience in industry, consulting or research.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and model building.
- Strong experience with statistical methods, machine learning algorithms and model evaluation.
- Practical experience with SQL and working with relational databases.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical results to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Experience deploying models to production using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience working with large scale data platforms, data pipelines and reproducible workflows.
- Background in healthcare, life sciences, clinical trials, or public health analytics.
- Prior experience with model monitoring, governance or explainability tools.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment with some on-site presence in India.
Location and Working Model
This role is based in India and follows a hybrid working model. You will balance focused on-site collaboration with remote work, as agreed with your manager.
