Position Summary

SLGS PH is seeking an experienced IT PMO Manager to provide strategic oversight for HK IT projects. This role will ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals while standardizing project management practices across the organization. The PMO Manager will drive project efficiency through implementation of consistent methodologies, optimal resource allocation, and comprehensive risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Oversight & Governance

• Provide strategic oversight of IT project portfolio
• Ensure all projects align with organizational goals and business objectives
• Standardize project management practices across the organization
• Implement and maintain consistent PM methodologies

Project Management Operations

• Manage project intake, formation, and closure processes
• Provide regular project capacity updates to stakeholders
• Track project spending against approved budgets
• Monitor and report on project health and performance metrics

Resource & Risk Management

• Facilitate optimal resource allocation across projects
• Lead resource capability building initiatives
• Implement and oversee risk management frameworks
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively

Process Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery efficiency
• Establish and maintain PMO standards, tools, and templates
• Develop and implement project management best practices
• Foster a culture of excellence in project execution
