Job Summary

Under close supervision, the HR Systems Coordinator processes confidential employee information and maintains employee records on a Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This individual runs standard queries involving payroll information, performance management, and other employee data.

Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect, review, enter, and maintain data into the HRIS ensuring all personnel transactions are completed in a timely manner in accordance with Company guidelines.
  • Prepare and sort source documents, identify and interpret data to be entered, enter transactional data, and verify new hire information and route to appropriate parties for tracking and filing.
  • Modify and maintain HRIS forms.
  • Ensure compliance with record retention policy in regard to HRIS team email box.
  • Generate and audit standardized reports.
  • Monitor and update systems access list.
  • Maintain and revise procedural documents.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Relevant Work Experience

  • At least 1 year of data administration and/or entry experience.

Additional

  • Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table).
  • Position requires overtime hours as business needs dictate.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • HRIS (PeopleSoft) and reporting (Query Manager) software experience.
  • Experience altering variables and criteria in queries to generate reports.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$22.00 - $30.75 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
