Job Summary

Our guests will first encounter our Parking Security Staff. Our guests are important individuals and should be treated with extraordinary courtesy, respect, and service. Parking Security Staff are to assist guests who need information or services. Guests become unhappy when we fail to meet their expectations. Our Parking Security Team plays a key role in providing our guests with superior service.

Always remember that our guests are our most important concern. They should never be thought of as an interruption; they are our livelihood.

Job Description

Basic Function:

The functions of Parking Security are as followed:

  • Crime Prevention - Provide a safe environment for visitors, guests, employees, and their vehicles.
  • Customer Service - Provide general information about the Complex, traffic patterns to and from the Complex and assisting stranded motorists parked within the Complex.

Essential Job Functions:

Some of your responsibilities are listed below but are not limited to the following:

  • Sign out appropriate equipment.
  • Pre-event walk/ride of assigned area and report conditions to immediate supervisor.
  • Stay in assigned area unless directed to leave by immediate supervisor.
  • Crime prevention tactics will be utilized to deter criminal activity and scalping/vending violations.
  • Be available for and seek out guests who need complex information or services.
  • Notify immediate supervisor of any suspicious activity that is observed and/or needs additional personnel or police response.
  • Scalpers, vending violators and vagrants will be asked to the leave the property.
  • Post-event walk/ride of assigned area and report conditions to immediate supervisor.

Compensation

Base Pay: $15.45
