We are now hiring an experienced Patient Experience and Strategy Lead.
This role is an exciting opportunity to shape how patients experience healthcare in Thailand. You will lead the development and execution of strategies that improve patient engagement and satisfaction. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure our efforts are patient-centered, innovative, and impactful. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement patient experience strategies tailored to the needs of the Thai healthcare landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and integration of patient-focused initiatives.
- Use patient insights to design programs that improve access, education, and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze patient experience metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and patient advocacy groups.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in patient engagement, healthcare strategy, or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate across teams.
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Experience in managing external partnerships or stakeholder relationships.
This role is based in Thailand and requires on-site collaboration with teams and stakeholders. Hybrid work options may be available depending on business needs.
