The LWC Executive leads pre-sales solutioning for custom Salesforce Lightning applications, overseeing design, architecture, and consulting teams. This role ensures high-quality, scalable LWC solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Discovery

• Lead discovery workshops and executive briefings.
• Gather UI/UX, automation, and integration requirements.
• Translate technical needs into strategic LWC solutions.

Solution Design & Oversight

• Approve architecture for LWC/Aura components, Lightning pages, and integrations.
• Ensure best practices, performance optimization, and component reusability.
• Oversee creation of demos and PoCs for executive presentations.

Proposal & Estimation

• Approve estimates, timelines, and resource allocations for LWC solutions.
• Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and SOWs.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor LWC developers and consultants.
• Maintain component libraries, accelerators, and reusable frameworks.

Collaboration & Governance

• Partner with Sales, Technical Architects, and PMO.
• Represent LWC practice in executive client discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Aura, JavaScript, Lightning Data Service, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Executive-level pre-sales consulting experience.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business impact.

Experience

• 5+ years Salesforce platform experience, 3+ years LWC/Aura exposure.
• Prior experience leading pre-sales technical consulting teams.

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
• Salesforce App Builder
• Salesforce JavaScript Developer

Behavioral Competencies
