What this role is all about
As a Business Analytics Specialist in our Partnership Strategy and Analytics team, you will be a key driver in growing Infobip’s partnership ecosystem with telcos and other leading companies. Your mission will be to deliver actionable commercial insights, optimize business models, and ensure our partnerships maximize profitability and return on investment. You will work at the intersection of business, analytics, and technology, providing strategic recommendations that support Infobip’s global expansion.
What you’ll do
Analyze partnership performance to generate actionable insights that maximize profitability
Consult on the development of internal tools and billing systems to improve commercial outcomes
Participate in internal and external meetings, advising on business and commercial models
Support new partnership deals by defining selling price policies and strategies
Advise on Go-to-Market strategies for new products and partnership opportunities
Actively contribute to departmental and company-wide projects that drive innovation and growth
What makes you a strong fit
At least 3+ years of experience in IT, Telco, or a related industry in roles such as Consultant, Revenue Analyst, Business Analyst, or Project Manager
BSc or MSc degree, or equivalent relevant work experience
Strong professional interest in business, analytics, and technology
Excellent analytical skills with a mindset that seeks continuous improvement
Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI, QlikSense, or Tableau is an advantage
Proactive and critical thinker, comfortable adapting to new business challenges and recommending solutions
Creative, with a passion for finding new opportunities and innovative approaches
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Nice-to-have qualifications
Experience working with telco partnerships or in partnership strategy roles
Prior involvement in defining Go-to-Market strategies or pricing policies
Familiarity with digital transformation or SaaS business models
