What You'll Be Doing:

  • Responsible for community-related work according to business objectives and requirements.
  • Maintain enthusiasm and patiently answer users’ queries, deeply explore users’ needs and values, and provide feedback.
  • Capable of executing key actions in community operations, achieving conversion goals.

 

What We Look For in You:

  1. Bachelor degree or above, with excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin as the role requires to deal with China/ Hong Kong Mandarin speaking counterparts.
  2. Proficient in problem identification, summarization, and sharing, with a deep understanding of operational role and a clear career plan.
  3. Possesses strong learning ability, execution capability, and good stress tolerance.
  4. Willingly to work according to given schedule (9am to 6pm; 2pm to 11pm) to support 24x7 operations.
  5. Willing to work in Tun Razak Exchange, walking distance to MRT TRX.
