Customer Support, is part of the HP Solutions organization.  It’s impact spans across the Personal Systems and Print segments and covers an eco-system of services and warranty support.

Customer Support Operations is an organization that could be considered as the COO (Chief Operating Officer) of Customer Support, having End-to-end responsibility for operational execution. Ensuring that the business runs effectively and efficiently while working towards achieving their strategic, operational and cost objectives.

We are looking for an experienced finance professional who can add value to our team, not only driving a process but rather being a true business finance support to our partners; with leadership, issue resolution and strong communication skills.


Responsibilities

  • This role is expected to support a part of Customer Support Operations spend management process (Flash, Close, Budget, etc), with close interactions with our business partners, CS and Finance leadership.
  • The selected candidate will be part of the overall CS Spend consolidation processes and will require strong communication skills to interact with CS and HPS Finance leaders, Operations and Corporate FP&A.
  • This role is expected to independently find process gaps, make recommendations on course corrections, and then work with key stakeholders to influence and execute.
  • This role requires an independent self-starter attitude and the skills to dive deep in the data when needed however always understands the end goal of the work.
  • Responsible for presenting analysis/work and making recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise way.


Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 6-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, accounting, or a related field.
