We’re Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI+ Data +CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too — driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.

We are seeking a results-driven Commerce Cloud Strategy Manager to lead the alignment and execution of initiatives driving sustainable Commerce Cloud  growth. This role will primarily be focused on developing and measuring performance against Commerce Cloud consumption KPIs. You will work with and connect cross-functional stakeholders, prioritize high-impact areas, and ensure lockstep collaboration between product and distribution teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, excellent organizational and communication skills and a passion for driving measurable business outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership Alignment with Product and Sales Leadership:

  • Lead monthly GTM Council meetings to align on quarterly priorities and share progress updates between product and distribution teams.
  • Collaborate with OU sales leaders (e.g., AMER, EMEA, SMB) in monthly check-ins to gather insights, address challenges, and strengthen regional engagement.
  • Establish and maintain an effective New Product Introduction (NPI) feedback loop by representing distribution perspectives in product launch process

Consumption Performance Monitoring & Obstacle Resolution:

  • Develop and implement a Commerce Cloud consumption performance tracking framework against which we can measure progress towards monthly and quarterly consumption goals and proactively identify potential barriers to consumption growth
  • Regularly surface hypotheses and recommendations for addressing barriers to Commerce Cloud consumption performance to key stakeholders in Product and Distribution
  • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs from internal Salesforce stakeholders and from in-market customers to identify best practices for scaling Commerce Cloud consumption growth sustainably

Business Planning & Strategic Alignment:

  • Lead quarterly GTM activation planning with global and regional teams, ensuring effective rollout of strategies.
  • Centralize the (G4G) annual planning process by partnering with product, GTM, and sales strategy teams to provide recommendations for FY26.

Adhoc New Initiatives:

  • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and lead new initiatives as they arise. This is a fast-moving team with rapidly shifting priorities so flexibility is key for success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in GTM strategy, sales strategy, and program management within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
  • Strong track record of driving alignment between cross-functional teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and turning data into actionable insights.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator, comfortable engaging with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
