Internal Job Title: Manager, Human Resources

About the Role:

As the HR Manager, you will lead the region and provide strategic HR advice, supporting the General Managers and local commercial teams in the execution of HR initiatives. You will support the business by aligning with HR Operations and the COEs in all aspects of Human Resources, to deliver HR programs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic advice on people related plans that align with the business objectives ensuring the business has the right people in the right places at the right time. 
• Partner with stakeholders to define and deliver on their needs. Understand business strategy and financial performance.
• Partner with local leaders to ensure employees understand how they contribute to SCJP goals achievement and growth plans execution.
• Partner with leaders and/or execute organizational changes or key change programs.
• Oversee the full HR life cycle for the employees of the countries part of your geographical scope. 

Experience you’ll bring:

• University business degree, HRM qualification or equivalent, with post-qualification experience working in HR  (Advanced Degree preferred)
• Fluent in German and English
• Experience in managing works council relationships

• Strong communication skills. Being able to explain the nature of issues as well as potential solutions to members at different levels of the organization with different backgrounds.
• Self-motivated "can do" attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
