Job Description Summary:

This position is responsible for planning and coordinating the daily activities of the clinical staff members in the clinic and nursing office to ensure proper coverage and patient care. This position will allow direct oversight to the flow of patients thru our clinic as well as prompt follow up with patients regarding test results and incoming patient calls. This position and its team will be responsible for coordinating proper staffing of providers across Urgent Care sites. This position will serve as Urgent Care's IRRP with responsibility for ensuring ODH compliance, imaging equipment maintenance and training, and QA. This position is responsible for collaborating with the system imaging and imaging engineering teams

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE


Current registration with the ARRT with an ODH Radiologic License and a graduate of an accredited program, or ARDMS, or CNMT and a graduate of an accredited program, or 4-5 years of healthcare experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Must have at least a Field of Study: Heathcare or Business Management with 2 years healthcare management experience, CRA certification and may be required once employed.  Considerable knowledge of all aspects of diagnostic radiology operations and strong interpersonal skills.  3-5 years manger/ team leader in radiology department including supervision of various work groups.
