Middle Office Trade Processing is processing Capital Markets transactions – placing orders, confirming and settling trades, processing Voluntary Corporate Actions. The scope of instruments we cover include Equities, Bonds, FXs, Money Markets, Derivatives. We cooperate with Brokers, Custodian Banks and Transfer Agents from all over the world on global markets (North & Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia). 

  

Junior Corporate Actions Analyst is a position responsible for providing operational support to Traders and Portfolio Managers with securities, cash and derivatives transactions. It includes: trade monitoring and reporting, market matching and transaction settlement. This position is based on multiple parties communication (via phone, email or personally) in order to investigate incoming queries and to monitor trade execution.  

Responsibilities: 

• Provide an operational support to Traders and Portfolio Managers with securities, cash and derivatives transactions 
• Cooperate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders like: Brokers, Custodian, Accounting Teams etc. 
• Perform control functions such as daily trade monitoring, reconciliations across systems and failed trades management 
• Assist Team Manager/Supervisor in all their duties as required 
• Reply to complex Client’s queries and perform analysis of any discrepancies 
• Review existing processes/applications and identify opportunities for improvement and support the development 
• Operational risk awareness and ensuring process is compliant with regulations. to minimize processing risk. Ability to identify risk gaps in end-to-end process 
• Participate in projects/changes/implementations on team level 

What we are looking for:

• Fundamental knowledge  of Capital Markets, Corporate Actions, accounting and regulatory policies
• Fresh-graduates, Entry-level professionals (with investment bank industry background) are also welcome
• 0.5 – 1 years of experience in related field is preferred but not a must
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Advanced level of English (spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher - Finance is a plus but not necessary
• Proven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment
• Dynamism and proactivity
