Neurotech (NT) Regional Sales Managers are responsible for working collaboratively across NT businesses to accelerate growth and deliver on financial expectations for Stryker. This includes participating in the sales workstream for NT to ensure alignment with division and business unit leaders, sales leaders and sales representatives across the NT businesses, as well as collaborating with the additional NT workstreams to deliver results. They will help drive NT sales initiatives, deliver sales growth and partner with the NT sales leader and the various businesses to develop an NT sales strategy. These managers will track and report targeted and closed deals to measure success throughout the year. 

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota
  • Lead, facilitate and execute cross-divisional Neurotech deals as the primary Stryker representative presenting and negotiating on behalf of impacted Neurotech business units (Spine, Neurosurgical, CMF, IVS and Neurovascular)
  • Owns targeted key account sales targets and the strategy to earn their business and ensure they have an active pipeline that includes high level targets
  • Maximize Stryker revenue and profitability opportunity with target customers by facilitating collaboration between local Stryker sales personnel from multiple divisions
  • Drives repeatable NT deal offense through consistent communication and training of sales leaders and reps within existing NT business units (Spine, CMF, NV, NS, IVS, ENT, ET, Endo, Comm)
  • Develops business plans to meet the annual objectives.
  • Develops and presents reports on performance, progress/pipeline and people
  • Collaborates regularly with all NT Stryker business units to address organizational goals and needs while maintaining trust and transparency  
  • Provides routine feedback in pursuit of continuous improvement to the NT strategy and to division- and business unit-level products, service, programs and people
  • Works with the Neurotech Director of Sales and marketing resources to develop a communication plan to impacted Neurotech businesses in order to share sales strategy and report on sales successes
  • Works closely with NT Sales and Marketing Council, ASC, Flex, and HCS to develop and deploy sales programs with identified NT accounts in accordance with the NT Strategic Plan 
  • Collaborate with internal and external functional stakeholders including Finance, Marketing, Legal, National Accounts and Strategic Sales and Contracting to streamline deal execution and enhance customer experience
  • Partner with the internal stakeholders to assist in managing the end-to end process, including data analysis, proposal generation, agreement creation, and deal monitoring

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University
  • MBA or MA preferred
  • 5+ years of sales or sales management experience

Stryker will provide:

  • Field sales training
  • In-house product training program 

Compensation

  • $193,500 - $236,500 salary plus additional commission and bonus eligible + benefits.. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 50%
