Leidos' Corporate has an immediate need for a Real Estate & Workplace Solutions (RE&WS) Finance Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting all financial information related to the Enterprise’s facilities portfolio. This includes both enterprise-wide and sector-specific reporting products that highlight key cost drivers and fluctuation analyses. This position is also interface with the RE&WS Business Operations team to ensure proper data hygiene and data governance to support RE&WS’ ecosystem of tools.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses for various sector and corporate stakeholders pertaining to the financial performance of the real estate portfolio.
- Establish and maintain data models that track KPIs and performance metrics for the function.
- Interface with sector representatives to accumulate and analyze offline budgets and actuals performance for subsidiary-managed facilities budgets.
- Participate in the monthly and quarterly close process by helping book accruals, expense reclassifications, and other journal entries (allocations) as necessary.
- Regularly review and validate RE&WS financial system data for disconnects and process improvement opportunities to improve overall data quality.
- Partner with the RE&WS Business Operations to ensure that the back-end financial systems and processes have coherent business rhythms, data flows, and data hygiene required to execute the RE&WS mission.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field along with 4+ years of finance experience (including program finance control and operations finance).
- Requires hands-on knowledge of the development, maintenance, and/or tracking of Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs) and related dictionaries
- Requires the ability to work independently while contributing to the team through reporting, analyzing, and estimating.
- Must be highly proficient in MS Excel and/or other similar desktop tools that provide capabilities to collect and analyze information.
- Strong organization, analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Independent thinker and self-starter is important, with solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task and support varied assignments.
- US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Leidos’ indirect rate structure and cost accounting practices pertaining to CAS Compliance.
- Specific experience with CostPoint/Deltek
- Experience with service centers
- Experience with Microsoft Project or other scheduling tools
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with Oracle SmartView and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) highly desirable

Pay Range:
Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
