Job Description:

 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in automotive manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost objectives.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity, efficiency and profitability.
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing methodoloies.
• Build accountability within the organization through coaching, performance management and talent development.
• Lead cross-functional teams to solve complex operational challenges.
• Manage labor, material and operational costs while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of ownership, discipline and continuous learning.
• Support the Plant Manager in achieving the site’s strategic and financial objectives.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience leading change management and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
