Responsibilities:

• Making programs for all the new products.
• Train the operators in machining shop, including the CNC program modify and tool change.
• Ensure the correct and complete  documentation of the CNC programs as well as the tool layout of each process.
• Manage the database of CNC programs and maintain the DNC system.
• Develop solutions for tools, cutting tools or devices, as appropriate.
• Make use of the quality control data, test results and various feedbacks to modify files and programs to improve the processes.
• Use  lean principles and participate in workouts to improve process ,reduce manufacture cost and increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years experience in CNC programming.
• Familiar with machining process and related standards.
• Familiar with Mazak, Fanuc and Siemens CNC system.
• Be able to program with Top Solid CAM software.
• Knowledge of CNC cutting tools.
• Good ability of communication, coordination ability and execution.
