Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business requirements.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation within enterprise environments.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams to deliver complex projects.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP Extended Warehouse Management with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges in custom software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
