About the Role

position : Sr. Manager I, Trainer Development

岗位职责：

• 协助部门负责人制定并实施分公司Agency渠道的年度培训策略及发展规划，结合公司培训体系，确保营销员及时获得高效能培训，实现培训绩效目标的达成；
• 搭建代理人训战平台，体系化提升和赋能代理人的留存和发展
• 完善培训制度和操作流程，规范培训体系，监控培训过程，对培训项目规划和实施提供专业指导，确保培训工作标准化、系统化，持续优化培训质量；
• 为了满足业务需求，其他主管分配的临时性任务。

岗位要求：

• 金融、管理、保险相关专业优先，具备扎实的专业理论基础
• 8-10年以上金融或保险行业工作经验，5年以上培训管理或业务推动经验，熟悉行业发展趋势
• 精通培训体系搭建、课程开发和培训实施，具有战略规划能力，能够将培训与业务发展紧密结合
• 具有良好的沟通协调能力，能有效处理跨部门协作，具备团队领导力，能够在复杂环境中推动项目落地
