As the Ecommerce Growth Program Manager (Direct to Consumer) for Micron's Crucial brand, you will lead revenue growth on Crucial's e-commerce sites, collaborate with different teams to develop strategies that improve conversion rates, align with pricing strategy, manage inventory, and execute promotions. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce, consumer expectations, and the ability to identify key business needs. In addition, you will have strong business insight, bringing together cross-functional teams to achieve goals. Analytical skills are essential for using data to drive decisions and improve performance.

You will work with various teams like digital marketing, digital strategy and experience, marketing technology, pricing, customer support, product marketing, and supply chain to meet customer needs.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Direct to Consumer Revenue Strategy - Formulate a strategy to boost D2C revenue by considering different customer mixes. Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue growth, placing emphasis on customer segmentation and product mix.

  • Cross-Functional Program Management – Drive regular cross-functional alignment meeting, ensuring actions are followed up on and reported out to meet goals. Facilitate regular alignment meetings across teams (digital marketing, pricing, product marketing, customer service, and supply chain) to ensure cohesive execution of goals.

  • Customer Experience – Define remarkable selling features and ensure we can meet the criteria offered to customers. Define distinctive selling propositions (DSPs) and ensure we meet customer expectations consistently.

  • Pricing & Promotions – Monitor web pricing and promotions to ensure competitiveness and channel alignment at all times. Monitor and adjust web pricing and promotional strategies to maintain competitiveness, encourage larger and alignment across all channels.

  • Promotion Planning- Collaborators are responsible for setting up and maintaining the promotional calendar, ensuring everyone is aligned on strategy, products, and timing. They also establish and maintain a promotional calendar, ensuring all collaborators are informed and aligned on strategies and timelines.

  • Inventory Management – Ensure sufficient stock is in place to meet immediate and long-term inventory needs. Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure efficient stock levels for immediate and future needs.

  • New Product Launch Set-up – Collaborate with the Product Marketing team on NPIs to establish the accurate inventory and pricing required for launching the product online. Work closely with the Product Marketing team to implement successful online launches by coordinating inventory levels and setting competitive pricing. Ensure that all necessary resources are available for a seamless rollout and monitor performance post-launch to make any required adjustments.

  • Performance – Monitor product sales at a granular level, ensuring run rates and positioning are efficient for conversion. Analyze sales data to track run rates and conversion rates, identifying trends and patterns that explain performance outcomes. Use these insights to improve product positioning and make informed decisions that improve overall e-commerce efficiency.

  • Competitive Research – Monitor competitive offerings at an operational level (e.g. shipping, warranty, payment methods, support) Conduct ongoing research on competitors’ offerings, including shipping, warranties, and customer support.

  • Order Fulfillment & Shipping – Monitor and advocate for an outstanding customer experience on ordering, processing, and shipping, ensuring critical metrics are met.

Qualifications and Education:

  • BS or BA degree in Business or meaningful work experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years of shown experience in ecommerce sales operations in a D2C organization with a proven track record of driving ecommerce growth.
  • Proven experience in implementing D2C e-commerce growth strategy.
  • Proven ability to lead business revenue goal plans to improve profitability.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics with an analytical approach.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and support product launches and deadlines.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities including addressing senior management.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business situations and think critically.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and locations.
  • Understanding of B2C sales operations and market trends.
