Job Description:

Leidos is seeking a Policy and Strategy Analyst to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD (ICC-B). Successful candidates in this position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Private Sector and will directly contribute to development and implementation of policy and strategy. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research, analysis, and production of finished intelligence on a variety of different computer systems and databases to support ODNI's CI, INsider Threat and Security programs
  • Actively maintain knowledge of current trends, issues, policies, vulnerabilities of current evolving Technologies that create a potential CI, InTh, or Security concern; use this knowledge to regularly produce finished materials for ODNI workforce, based on a needs assessment by the corporate CIS staff
  • Produce assessments on Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE) operations, foreign denial and deception, information operations, counterespionage and economic/industrial espionage, technology protection and illicit technology transfer, investigations support, SCRM, support to research development and acquisition, and critical asset protection
  • Produce assessments of current threats and trends based on high level collection, research, and analysis of classified and open-source information
  • Inform the corporate CI staff of trends with potential CI and insider threat implications for the ODNI
  • As directed, support and complete other as hoc responsibilities within the scope of Stormbreaker PWS to assist the CIS program office with meeting its mission, goals, and obligations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required
  • Typically requires a BA degree and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience may be exchanged for degree.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
