About the Role

This role is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, delivering, and executing high-quality classroom and digital learning programs to achieve key agency metrics within budgeted costs and timelines. It involves designing program content, methods, and implementation processes, ensuring the delivery of quality learning experiences, and supporting entity-wide projects.

Programme Design and Development:

  • Identify and analyze training needs aligned with business direction.
  • Conduct research and focus group interviews.
  • Design and develop various training programs and materials.
  • Create e-learning content using Articulate or other apps.
  • Monitor and review curriculum and training effectiveness.
  • Collect and analyze feedback.

Training Delivery:

  • Deliver development programs via physical and virtual classrooms, and live events.
  • Support additional training delivery needs.

Projects and Other Responsibilities:

  • Support business project execution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any fields of study.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in training or insurance industry.
  • LOMA qualification, certification as facilitator for BAMC, LIMRA/GAMA Agency Management Programs or equivalent will be value added.
  • Good analytic, presentation, communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills.
  • Able to prepare & upkeep training materials by using most common software (e.g. MS Office suite).
  • Fast learner, curiosity for knowledge and able to conceptualize ideas.
  • Pleasant personality and presentable.
