Purpose


Responsible for guaranteeing all levels of availability and service of the network of Service Centers nationwide to serve the consumers of our business partners. Ensure the performance required to deliver planned results.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor and guarantee coverage rates and quality of the network services required for delivery of the results and objectives of the area;
  • Ensure the best cost-quality ratio, promoting actions to qualify the network and building a relationship of partnerships with providers;
  • Negotiate values and volumes, always seeking to reduce costs and greater efficiency of processes;
  • Support the commercial area with information about the service network and possible visits to the stipulator;
  • Supporting internal areas in their difficulties with the accredited network, mediating potential conflicts between areas and the network, identifying improvement points and suggesting the maintenance of the relationship or the accreditation of the service center;
  • Make visits to service centers to strengthen partnerships, proposing actions that reinforce brand with providers, such as network qualification and disclosure of procedures and processes;
  • Establish service network models according to the needs of the business through market demand analysis;
  • Perform the analysis of new product frameworks regarding the availability of the service network;
  • Analyze and approve the reimbursements applied on the service network;
  • Ensure the individual development of the Services team, stimulating their performance improvement to deliver the planned results

Requirements:

  • University graduate Mechanical or Industrial Engineer, Administration.
  • Indispensable 5 years of experience in positions such Management of service networks and Management of suppliers and service providers (OEM/Retailer/Brand)
  • Desirable: Knowledge of continuous improvement processes and root cause analysis for problem solving.
  • People Management.
  • Advanced negotiation skill.
  • Resilient.
  • Fluent in English
