Job Description:

Manager Technology & Business Applications

Leads and manages the daily operations of the Information Technology (IT) infrastructure, desktop, network, and interface technicians.

  • Knowledge of project management process and systems, ITIL/ITSM

  • Ability to communicate concepts in elegant, concise, eloquent form to management and to cross-functional departments or teams verbally, in writing, and through pictures or diagrams when appropriate 

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREES

  • Bachelor's degree required or obtain within two years

EXPERIENCE

  • Three to five years of experience in planning and managing IT programs including budgeting, resource management, and delivery development 
  • Eight or more years of professional experience with preferably four years in the healthcare industry
  • Previous managerial experience in a healthcare provider organization
  • Experience with database management and project management
