What to Expect

As an inbound Sales Development Representative, your primary goal is to generate pipeline through compelling selling and influencing skills, ultimately identifying qualified sales opportunities and scheduling appointments for Account Executives.

This dynamic role requires a comprehensive understanding of the Zoom platform, pricing structures, and customer use cases, enabling you to provide high-level introductions. Additionally, you will uncover customer needs, assess their current situations, and identify business drivers using the MEDDPICC framework qualification process.

Responsibilities

  • Field & qualify Tier 1 inbound leads. Nurturing existing leads to generate qualified opportunities, drive revenue, and facilitate smaller scale purchases through our online portal.

  • Achieve and/or exceed quarterly qualified opportunities quota.

  • Connect customers with Account Executives and/or Product Specialists, setting up and attending customer meetings as required.

  • Absorb the sales development playbook, initiating communication with new and existing prospects within 10 days of your start date.

  • Leverage various channels including email, phone, Outreach, Zoominfo, LinkedIn, and Salesforce CRM for conducting qualification conversations and ensuring accurate data entry.

  • Understand and align with ongoing sales priorities and targets.

  • Collaborate with team members, sharing best practices and feedback with your team, managers, and enablement.

  • Adhere to or exceed key KPIs, including Lead to Opp Conversion rates, meetings set, pipeline generated, MRR closed, average deal size (ADS), and speed to lead (SLAs), following up with the leads within a 10 minute period. 

  • Demonstrate a willingness to help and direct customers to appropriate resources outside of a sales conversation.

  • Minimum of 1 year of Sales or Customer-Facing experience.

  • Excellent customer service skills and sales acumen.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to meet performance goals, consistently delivering happiness to customers.

  • Passionate about personal and professional growth within the sales domain

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.

  • Effective time management skills, ability to work independently, and self-motivated.

  • Proactive, independent thinker with a high energy and positive attitude.

  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. 

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$44,800.00

Maximum:

$84,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
