What you will do

We are seeking a seasoned Director, Program Manager to lead the successful execution of the Amgen India Technology Transition Program, a multi-year strategic initiative focused on building out global technology services in India, optimizing onboarding of Amgen resources, enabling scalable growth, and enhancing enterprise efficiency.
This position is located in Hyderabad, India, in a newly established Amgen office – Amgen India. The Director will report to the global Technology Enterprise Programs lead and serve as a deputy to the overall Amgen India Technology Transition Program leadership. The role includes matrixed responsibilities but carries ultimate accountability for driving onsite delivery in India, ensuring local execution is aligned with global program objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
Master’s degree and 18 - 24 years of Scientific and/or Operations and/or Business experience
