The Regional IFM Account Lead executes the overall service delivery of facilities services for the central portfolio across multiple time zones ensuring service excellence across all workplaces, hard/soft services, and critical environments. Key accountabilities include leading and developing a very large and geographically dispersed team, client relationship management across various stakeholders, quality in service delivery and constant service evolution. As a key member of the account leadership team, the Regional IFM Account Lead requires excellent communication abilities, business acumen, and a deep understanding of dynamic contracts and facilities outsourcing as this role supports account and client initiatives that drive efficiencies and process improvements. Excellence in service delivery will be achieved by effective teamwork across the account, leadership of the FM organization, and understanding all portfolio activity with a focus on operations, service contracts, and financial management. Scope of work:

• Central U.S. region management including the client’s world headquarters
• 6 million SF of complex mixed-use facilities across multiple states
• Several Direct Reports (SFMs, FMs, AFMs, Workplace Ambassadors, Chief Engineers and Techs, etc.) across multiple time-zones
• Regional budget of $25M+ of OPEX and CAPEX activity

Location: Austin, TX OR Kansas City MO/KS

Work Schedule: Hybrid, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Travel requirements: 25% travel required to client sites in central region

Additional Perks: 25% annual salary bonus, company provided cell phone, laptop, travel reimbursement, Flex PTO

What your day-to-day will look like: 

• Availability during office hours with the expectation to be available for periodic meetings across time zones and emergencies as needed.
• Up to 25% domestic travel to central region client sites is required
• Any and all other duties and tasks assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent combination of experience and education
• A Minimum of 15 years of work experience managing a large commercial real estate portfolio as a third-party provider, for corporate, or as a consultant
• A Minimum of 10 years of work experience in a senior leadership role, oversight of facilities operations and services, executive client relationship management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams in high-touch client satisfaction environments 
• Must be local to Austin or Kansas City metro areas or willing to relocate
• Proven record of success managing a client corporate headquarters
• Proven record of success managing a commercial real estate portfolio of least 5 Million sq. ft.
• Proven record of success managing multiple sites in a geographic region across state boundaries and a team throughout multiple time-zones
• Proven record of success in managing hard and soft services, including vendor management
• Proven record of successful financial skills including budgeting/forecasting in the multi-millions

• MBA or equivalent master’s degree, engineering degree  
• Corrigo CMMS exposure is desirable
• Managing subtenants and lease portfolios, lease management is desirable
• Experience in capital planning and capital projects is desirable
• Strong analytical abilities, sound judgment, and effective problem-solving skills, with the capacity to gather data, assess situations, and swiftly develop and execute solutions 
• Superior client and customer relationship management skills. 
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentations skills   
• Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
