Summary: As an Intelligent Capture Center consultant, you will analyze, develop, and improve intelligent capture solutions. You will identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborating with business users, you will identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Additionally, you will design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help refine processes over time. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Design and implement efficient solutions - Identify and analyze process inefficiencies - Propose and implement solutions to optimize process effectiveness Professional & Technical Skills: - Must have Experience in OpenText Intelligent Capture (formerly Captiva/InputAccel) v 16.6 or above. - Should have Experience in Development, Designing and Implementation of Intelligent Capture projects. - Installation and Administration of Intelligent Capture. - Development of Recognition projects using Advanced Recognition and IEE. - Experience on Core Capture will be added advantage -Hands on custom developments – Capture Flow Scripting/.Net DLL development using .NET/UIM – Task scripting for Intelligent Capture - Development of REST client to push or pull values through APIs - Integration of Intelligent Capture with OpenText ECM/Documentum - OpenText certification for Intelligent Capture is an added advantage - Basic knowledge of OpenText ECM/xECM(OTCS,OTDS,OTAS) as added advantage - Proficient in identifying, analyzing and solving problems - Report generation & Reconciliation - Production environment maintenance and management - Good analytical and communication skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in OpenText Intelligent Capture - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
