Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that systems operate smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and implement solutions to enhance system functionality, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies.
Technical Skills
Strong ABAP expertise (OOPs, enhancements, debugging).
Experience with SAP EWM (Embedded or Decentral).
Knowledge of:
o EWM delivery processing
o Warehouse Task creation / confirmation
o HU Management
o Batch Management
o RF Framework
Experience with:
o qRFC, CIF, BAPIs, BAdIs
o PPF Framework
o ITS Mobile or UI5 for RF
Understanding of performance tuning and memory optimization techniques.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP EWM.
- Strong understanding of software debugging and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with database management and data modeling concepts.
- Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
Functional Knowledge (added advantage)
In-depth understanding of warehouse processes:
o Inbound, Outbound, Internal Movements
o Physical Inventory
o Yard Management
o Cross-Docking
Basic understanding of TM/EWM integration and PP-EWM integration.


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
