About the Role:
As an Enterprise Account Director at EROAD, you will oversee the strategic direction, performance, and development of our Australian account team, driving growth, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maintaining a customer-centric approach. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to EROAD's Purpose of delivering intelligence you can trust for a better world tomorrow.
Your primary mission is to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction by identifying new opportunities, managing customer health, and conducting regular site visits. You’ll also lead training sessions to help both customers and your team, maximize their use of EROAD’s solutions, and you’ll be the go-to person for any inquiries or issues. Acting as the voice of EROAD to the customer and the voice of the customer to EROAD, your role is crucial in maintaining and growing these key relationships.
In this dynamic role, you’ll develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with our strategic objectives and the needs of our customers. This involves regular interactions with key decision-makers and stakeholders to advocate for customer needs and to drive business growth. You'll promote EROAD’s innovative, safety-focused solutions and ensure that customers are fully utilising our technology to achieve their goals. By doing so, you'll play a significant part in facilitating successful contract renewals and fostering long-term partnerships.
Based in Sydney, you’ll be close to our customers for frequent site visits and face-to-face meetings, ensuring that you can quickly address any concerns and provide personalised service. This hands-on approach is vital for building trust and understanding customer challenges and opportunities. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to travel locally within Sydney and interstate quarterly, adding an element of adventure to your role and allowing you to connect with clients and the team in diverse locations.
