Job Summary:

We are seeking a Performance Tester with expertise in performance testing and optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests using industry-standard tools. This role requires proficiency in scripting and working with modern performance testing frameworks and monitoring tools.

 

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute performance, scalability, and load testing for complex systems.
• Develop and maintain test scripts using tools such as JMeter and scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, Groovy, or Java.
• Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and work with teams to implement improvements.
• Monitor and gather metrics using tools such as Grafana, Kibana, and Elasticsearch.
• Build and maintain test environments, leveraging Docker and containerized setups.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Create comprehensive performance testing documentation, including test plans, scripts, and results reports.
• Ensure systems meet performance and reliability requirements under expected load conditions.

 

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in performance testing tools, including JMeter.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, Groovy, or Java.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Kibana, and Thanos.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker).
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch and distributed systems.
• Analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure cloud environment.
• Knowledge of distributed tracing tools and performance profiling.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes for managing performance test environments.
