Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and technically grounded leader to oversee a specialized team focused on ensuring the modernization and resiliency of Medicare sales related systems. This role will guide a cross-functional group of subject matter experts and assume long-term ownership of engagement rhythms, stakeholder alignment, and operational readiness across sales systems and enrollment related processes. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in software development environments, operational reliability, and team leadership, with the ability to drive alignment across business, technology, and compliance domains.

Required Job Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in software development, systems engineering, or technical program delivery

- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional technical teams

- Experience supporting operational readiness and resiliency in enterprise environments

- Ability to coordinate across infrastructure, architecture, compliance, and observability domains

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Job Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Medicare enrollment cycles and CMS compliance requirements

- Experience with contact center technologies and enrollment workflows

- Familiarity with reliability engineering practices and performance monitoring

- Background in healthcare technology or regulated environments

- Experience leading readiness efforts for future-focused initiatives

Education Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree required

- Master’s degree preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$130,295.00 - $260,590.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
