Job Description

Accounting and Finance Specialist is a professional responsible for managing a company's financial operations. They ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with accounting standards, and provide valuable financial insights to support decision-making.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements) to assess the company's financial health.

• Accounting: Maintain accurate accounting records, including general ledger entries, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.

• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations by preparing and filing tax returns.

• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, assess profitability, and evaluate financial performance.

• Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets, monitor spending, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Audits: Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Financial Forecasting: Prepare financial forecasts and projections to support strategic planning.

• Financial Systems: Implement and maintain financial software systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
