The Unit Records & Mission Support Manager manages personnel and shareholder information, organizes and coordinates meetings and events, and maintains various databases and records. Handles invitations and approvals, ensures accurate tracking of awards, taskers, and records via spreadsheets and SharePoint, and manages IT and travel logistics. Prepares and proofreads documents, ensures functional system connections, provides records management and training, and assists with file maintenance and disposition plans. This position is on-site at Schriever SBF.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • The ability to obtain, maintain and access classified information at the Secret Clearance level.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

  • Maintains and updates personnel records and their contact information for shareholders. Coordinates and reports changes accurately. 

  • Organizes and manages daily, recurring, and scheduled meetings and events in collaboration with leadership. Handles shareholder invitations and manages meeting logistics, including slide updates and action item delegation. 

  • Maintains and updates shareholder and personnel databases, ensuring accurate tracking of awards, recognitions, and task completion. Prepares necessary documentation for approvals. 

  • Manages file storage and organization on desktop, I-Drive, H-Drive, and SharePoint, ensuring all records and databases are up-to-date. 

  • Coordinates travel and event logistics, including conference registrations, meeting venue arrangements, and itinerary adjustments. Ensures travel approvals are secured in compliance with requirements. 

  • Works with IT and Cyber Security teams to resolve technical issues, maintain secure electronic connections, and manage timecard software systems. Handles proofreading and editing of documents for distribution to shareholders. 

  • Provides guidance on records management, conducts training, and assists with file maintenance and disposition planning. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Associate's degree and a minimum of four (4) years relevant experience.

The estimated pay range for this role is $50K to $59K, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
