Job Description Summary:

Logan Health's FREE CNA Training Program provides you the opportunity to start your career in Healthcare. 

Class begins on a regular basis for positions in Kalispell, Chester, Shelby, Cut Bank, and Conrad.

CNA students will be PAID to complete the required 40 classroom (in-person or online) course hours and 35 clinical hours, which will occur at Logan Health - Acute Care and Logan Health - Brendan House.

Upon passing the CNA exam, students will be hired and placed in one of these departments:

- Logan Health - Long Term Care
- Logan Health - Transitional Care Unit
- Logan Health Medical Center, Acute Care:
- Medical Floor
- Surgical Floor
- Inpatient Rehabilitation
- Oncology
- Logan Health - Shelby - Acute Care
- Logan Health - Shelby - Assisted Living
- Logan Health - Cut Bank - Acute Care
- Logan Health - Conrad - Extended Care
- Logan Health - Conrad - Acute Care
- Logan Health - Chester

Certified Nursing Aides, also referred to as CNAs, are an essential part of a facility's care team. CNAs perform a number of important patient care duties, such as taking patient vital signs, assisting patients with daily activities, as well as sanitizing patient rooms to help keep a safe and healthy healing environment.

Will obtain through the classes, at no charge to employee:

1. Montana C.N.A. license (valid for 2 years)
2. Healthcare Provider CPR certification

3. Students will receive 2 pairs of scrubs

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
