As Engineering Manager, you will help lead our Payments team in strategic planning and ensure that our gateway software is architected well and bug free! You’ll have to love coding too because you will be hands-on with new projects and maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who’s been around payments for a while with management experience and still loves to code. You will gain a ton more payments experience by working on our PayFac excelling you to the next level. Reporting to one of the VPs of Engineering, you will mentor developers during 1-1s, lead team discussions, and share your experience to ensure we are moving in the right direction. You will collaborate closely with our Product team to ensure company goals are met. To accomplish this, you will need at least 5 years of payments experience, and 2-3 years managing people.
