Cafeteria & Food Services
Oversee overall cafeteria operations including menu, hygiene, food quality standards. The food is coming from base kitchen –
Coordinate with catering vendors & Coordinate with Base kitchen team on food part,
Monitor cleanliness, food quality & customer service levels.
Manage billing, consumption tracking & cost billing approval process month on month,
Address & resolve employee feedback & concerns related to food services. By discussing food supplier
Housekeeping & Soft Services
Lead housekeeping operations to maintain the cleanliness & hygiene across the BRC and Training Centre – Open pathways & Rest rooms,
Ensure adherence to daily cleaning schedules & periodic deep-cleaning activities.
Monitor housekeeping manpower deployment and absenteeism & Billing part
Track consumable usage & maintain optimal inventory levels.
Oversee pest control activities & Food waste management processes.
Conduct regular checks to ensure quality housekeeping standards.
Technical & Maintenance
Manage operation & maintenance of electrical, plumbing, fire protection systems & CCTV, - For any consumables repair or external vendors supports approach the clients for cost approval,
Check & monitor preventive maintenance of existing DG & UPS System – For Time based maintenance need to approach client for approvals like batteries replacement & DG B-Checks etc
Coordinate with vendors, contractors & service providers for timely service delivery – Based on activities PO from SE or JLL,
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and regulatory standards. – With support of client,
Manage technical minor breakdowns & for any major need external experts support client to support for external vendors,
Any new or infrastructure requirements Coordinate with client for supports,
Employee transport Service,
Overall responsibility take care of complete operations & timely availability OTA & OTD,
