• Unterstützung des Office-Agency-Teams im operativen Tagesgeschäft
• Recherche, Aufbereitung und Pflege von Markt-, Objekt- und Kundendaten
• Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Pitch-Unterlagen, Präsentationen und Exposés
• Pflege und Aktualisierung von CRM- und Datenbankeinträgen
• Mitwirkung bei der Identifikation und Qualifizierung relevanter Markt- und Zielkundenkontakte
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Reportings, Analysen und Übersichten
• Vorbereitung von internen und externen Terminen sowie Follow-up von Besprechungen
• Allgemeine organisatorische und administrative Unterstützung des Teams
