About the Role

负责为机构各部门提供人力资源专业支持，以满足其人力资源相关需求。

工作职责：

人才招聘及培养

1.新机构招聘渠道的开发及拓展。

2.新机构人才招聘及团队搭建。

3.新机构人才储备及人才培养。

人力资源合作伙伴

1.人力资源相关政策、流程在新机构的实施及监督。

2.人力资源各项工作在新机构的执行及推动。

3.为业务及组织发展提供专业人力资源支持，包括且不限于招聘、绩效管理、敬业度文化、员工关系、关键人才保留和发展等HR各模块。

任职要求：

本科或以上学历，企业管理或相关专业；

至少8年人力资源业务合作经验，至少3年保险业工作经验；

人力资源实践的专业知识，对内部客户群体的成功有深远的影响； 熟悉当地和国家有关劳动关系问题和相关事项的基本法律法规；

人员招聘和评估技能；

良好的沟通和人际交往能力；

良好的问题解决和冲突管理能力。
